Selleasy Unlisted from the Shopify App Store: The Best Selleasy Alternative for Upsells and Bundles

7 min read

Summarize this article with AI

Selleasy is unlisted from the Shopify App Store for now. Its pricing and features next to Snap Bundle, other alternatives, and how to keep a backup ready.

Selleasy, the upsell and cross-sell app by Logbase, is unavailable on the Shopify App Store for now. Its listing(opens in a new tab) on 16 October 2026 reads: "This app is not currently available on the Shopify App Store. If you have support questions, contact Logbase directly."

Selleasy covers frequently bought together bundles, product add-ons, cart upsells, checkout and post-purchase upsells. If your average order value leans on it, or you were about to install it, here is what the change means, how Selleasy compares with Snap Bundle on price and features, which other apps do the same job, and how to keep a backup ready.

Disclosure: we make Snap Bundle, one of the alternatives below. Selleasy’s features, prices and rating come from its App Store listing archived on 2 October 2026(opens in a new tab), and we say where Selleasy or another app is the better fit.

What is going on with Selleasy?

Selleasy, listed as "Upsell & Cross Sell — Selleasy", has been on the Shopify App Store since July 2021. Its last archived listing shows a 4.9 rating from 2,735 reviews and the Built for Shopify badge.

Today the listing(opens in a new tab) shows only a notice, support links and three suggested apps. Neither Shopify nor Logbase has said publicly why, or for how long, so treat it as unlisted for now rather than gone: an unlisted app can return. In practice:

  • No new installs. While the listing is unavailable, a store that doesn’t have Selleasy cannot add it.
  • No reinstall. If you uninstall Selleasy, you cannot add it back until the listing returns. Keep it installed if it works for you.
  • Your offers keep their settings. Nothing on the listing says installed stores lose their offers. Check them after any change, and contact Logbase with questions.

Separately, Logbase published an incident report(opens in a new tab) about 13 October 2026: an unauthorized script was injected into some of the stores Selleasy serves and redirected customers to a phishing page. Logbase says it fixed the root cause within hours, that Shopify confirmed the malicious code was removed the same day, that it has found no evidence of a breach of the Selleasy backend or database, and that Selleasy is safe to use based on its investigation so far. If you use Selleasy, read that page, and place a test order from a private browser window to check that your checkout opens normally.

The short answer

  • Keep Selleasy if it is installed and working: there is no need to rip it out. Set up a backup so a new store, or a fresh install, isn’t stuck.
  • Pick Snap Bundle if you want frequently bought together, add-ons and post-purchase upsells together with volume discounts and mix and match bundles, free until its offers bring in $500 a month, then $12.99/month.
  • Pick another app if one placement matters most: Bundler for free quantity breaks, ReConvert for thank you page offers.

What Snap Bundle does

Snap Bundle(opens in a new tab) is a Built for Shopify app rated 4.9 from 48 reviews. It covers most of what stores use Selleasy for, and adds volume discounts and bundle builders.

  • Frequently bought together bundles on the product page, with a discount on the set.
  • Product add-ons that the customer ticks before adding to cart.
  • Cart upsells and a checkout block, on every plan.
  • A post-purchase upsell after payment: up to two upsells and a downsell, with a percentage, fixed amount or fixed price discount, and conditions on cart total, products, collections, tags, vendors, customer tags and segments, currency, language and market.
  • Volume discounts and quantity breaks, with a free gift per tier, plus mix and match bundles and a full-page bundle builder.
  • Badges, a low stock counter and an announcement bar, and widgets translated automatically for multilingual stores.

Pricing: Selleasy vs Snap Bundle

The two apps price on different things. Selleasy counts every order your store takes in a month. Snap Bundle looks at the revenue its own offers bring in.

Above 500 orders, Snap Bundle’s flat price wins, and while its offers earn under $500 a month, it costs nothing at any volume.

Where Selleasy is ahead

Selleasy does several things Snap Bundle doesn’t list, and it’s fair to say so:

  • More placements: popups, thank you page and order status page cross-sells on top of the product page, cart and checkout.
  • AI recommendations, with 50 free on every plan, and subscription upgrade offers.
  • Seven admin languages against two, and integrations listed with PageFly, AppHQ Slide Cart and Conversion Bear.
  • A free setup call and Zoom support on every plan, including the free one.
  • 2,735 reviews gathered over five years.
  • A lower price for stores taking 51 to 500 orders a month whose offers earn more than $500.

Where Snap Bundle is ahead

  • You can install it today. Selleasy cannot take on new stores while its listing is unavailable.
  • A free plan that doesn’t depend on store size. A store taking thousands of orders stays free while its offers earn under $500 a month. Selleasy’s free plan stops at 50 orders.
  • One flat price above that: $12.99 a month, or $109.20 a year, whatever your volume.
  • A richer post-purchase funnel: two upsells and a downsell, with conditions down to customer segment and market.
  • Volume discounts, quantity breaks, mix and match and a bundle builder in the same app, so one app covers your upsells and cross-sells on the product page, in the cart and after payment.

How to set up Snap Bundle alongside Selleasy

  1. Write down your Selleasy offers: which products appear together, the discounts, where each widget shows, and which ones convert.
  2. Install Snap Bundle. The free plan is enough to build and test.
  3. Recreate your best offers: a frequently bought together bundle, your add-ons, and a post-purchase upsell with a downsell.
  4. Add the app blocks to your product template in the theme editor. Leave them hidden, or place them where Selleasy has no widget, so customers never see two offers for the same thing.
  5. Pick one post-purchase app. Shopify shows one at a time, chosen under Settings > Checkout > Post-purchase page(opens in a new tab).
  6. Place a test order from a private window and check the widgets, the discounts and the order total.
  7. Keep Selleasy installed for as long as it works for you. You cannot reinstall it while it is unlisted.

Verdict

Selleasy is a well-rated, full-featured upsell app, and its thank you page offers, AI recommendations and seven languages have no exact match in Snap Bundle. But it cannot be installed while its listing is unavailable, and its price follows your total orders. Snap Bundle covers frequently bought together, add-ons, cart, checkout and post-purchase offers, adds volume discounts and bundle builders, and costs nothing until it earns you $500 a month, then $12.99 a month.

How we compared

We make Snap Bundle. Selleasy’s features, prices, rating and review count come from its App Store listing archived on 2 October 2026(opens in a new tab), the last capture before it became unavailable. Its current status, Logbase’s incident report(opens in a new tab), and the other apps’ ratings and plans were checked on 16 October 2026. Where a feature isn’t on a listing, the tables say "Not listed" rather than assume it’s missing. Prices are in US dollars, before tax.

FAQ

  • Is Selleasy still on the Shopify App Store?

Not for now. As of 16 October 2026, the Selleasy listing says the app is not currently available on the Shopify App Store and sends support questions to Logbase, its developer. It was still listed on 2 October 2026. Neither Shopify nor Logbase has said publicly why, or for how long, so it may well come back.

  • Can I still install Selleasy?

Not from the Shopify App Store while the listing is unavailable. Stores that already have it keep it installed, but if you uninstall it, you cannot add it back until the listing returns.

  • Is Selleasy safe to use?

Logbase reported a security incident on 13 October 2026: an unauthorized script was injected into some of the stores it serves. It says it fixed the root cause within hours, that Shopify confirmed the malicious code was removed the same day, and that, based on its investigation so far, Selleasy is safe to use. Logbase keeps its incident page updated. Whatever app you run, test your checkout from a private browser window now and then.

  • How much does Selleasy cost?

On its last listing, Selleasy is free up to 50 orders a month, then $9/month up to 500 orders, $19/month up to 1,000 orders and $29/month above that. It counts all your store’s orders, not only those with an upsell, and paid plans come with a 30-day free trial.

  • What is the best Selleasy alternative?

For frequently bought together bundles, add-ons, cart and post-purchase upsells plus volume discounts in one app, Snap Bundle is free until its offers bring in $500 a month, then $12.99/month. Bundler has a generous free plan for quantity breaks, and ReConvert is the reference for post-purchase and thank you page offers.

  • Can I use Selleasy and Snap Bundle at the same time?

Yes, as long as each widget has its own place: don’t show two frequently bought together blocks on the same product page. The post-purchase page is the exception: Shopify shows one post-purchase app at a time, chosen in Settings > Checkout.

  • How do I add frequently bought together on Shopify?

Shopify has no built-in frequently bought together block with a discount, so you need an app. In Snap Bundle, create a bundle, pick the products shown together and the discount, then add the app block to your product template in the theme editor.
