The problem
Right after paying, a shopper is at their most willing to buy again, and checkout moves them straight on to the thank-you page. A theme can’t add anything to that step; Shopify only opens it to apps.
The solution
Snap Bundle adds a post-purchase page with up to two upsells and a downsell. Each offer can be discounted by a percentage, a fixed amount or to a fixed price. Conditions decide who sees it: cart total, products, collections, tags, vendors, customer tags and segments, currency, language or market, matching all of them or any.

Choose the upsell and downsell products, and a percentage, amount or fixed-price discount for each.

Questions merchants ask
Can a theme show a post-purchase offer?
No. Shopify only lets apps add a page between payment and the thank-you page, which is why this lives in Snap Bundle rather than in Cama or Pops.
Can I show different offers to different customers?
Yes. An offer only shows when its conditions match, for example a cart total, a collection, a customer tag or a market.
